| can i send picture thru whatsapp? | no, p10x. because whatsapp will reduce the quality of a photo. hence, client will have ugly blurry pixelated photo. ew! | *email is preferable | *low quality photo will result in low quality product when printed | ♡ | ♡ |

| can i not pay deposit but promise not to cancel? | no sorry! you must pay deposit to avoid cancellations, unless i really know and trust client | *people are so hard to trust these days so i highly recommend to pay deposit of 50% | *that 50% deposit will not be refunded if client cancelled after i said "i'll start designing" | *bank account will be given privately. client can bank in via bibd or baiduri only | *no meetups or "cash on delivery / meetup" |
| what files will you be sending us for final design? | i will be sending depending on your item. for designs that are transparent, i will be sending PNG file. as for others, i will be sending PDF file or JPEG file | *files will be sent via email | *for cupsleeve designs, i highly recommend client to ask their printing place for a cupsleeve template | *it will be much more easier for me to design cupsleeve without changing the cupsleeve shape on the last minute | *different printing place has different cupsleeve template! |
